America has a tradition of massive sales on the Friday around Thanksgiving, called “Black Friday”. It’s frequently a bigger present buying period that Christmas, and Apple typically knock off around 7% of the standard retail price. Well the good news is Apple have, for the second year running, brought those big price savings to the UK with deals rumoured to be had on iPads, iPods, iPhones, MacBooks and iMacs.
