We support everything Apple

Clive Sweeting has been providing dedicated Apple Macintosh based support services to design companies, freelancers, small businesses, professional photographers, home users and education customers in Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset, Gloucestershire and the West for over 10 years.

Hard-core Service

My primary focus is providing fast, efficient and expert technical support to my customers, primarily as on-site service and support, but often via telephone or remote diagnostics. Part of this service involves ongoing consultancy with my clients so future hardware and software purchases quickly and effectively integrate into their existing systems.

Experienced

Starting off as a Mac user at University in 1990 with my much loved LC2, I have owned nearly 40 Macs and am currently using MacBook Air running OS X 10.14.6, a Hackintosh running OS X 10.13.6, with virtual machines running OS X 10.6 Server, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18. A faithful Powerbook 3400C is very occasionally used to service a Beige G3 and SCSI based Macs. My 2017 iPad and iPhone 5SE do very nicely for the “touch screen” side of things.

Windows Integration

I always have a PC or two running Windows 10, 7 or a Linux distribution. Many of my customers are working in mixed platform environments and I don’t believe in “just” working on Macs. My clients need to use and collaborate using Windows and want a turnkey solution to all their Mac centred IT requirements. Hence I support OS 9, OS X, Windows 10, 8, 7 and the occasional Linux server.

A Complete solution

I believe I offer an unbeatable combination of expertise, enthusiasm, flexibility, speed and quality of service. You won’t be paying £65 per hour or have to bring your computers to me. I work at your premises, at your convenience, to your deadlines and often at silly hours or short notice.

So if you want someone who knows his ADB from his elbow, his PRAM from his preferences, and doesn’t think that the OS X Terminal is an American airport, please pick up the phone and call.
